Successful candidate will be on secondment basis to Hong Kong Housing Authority.
The Job:
Supervise building contractor on maintenance works, including making and recording site measurement and maintaining site records;
Conduct survey & inspection to buildings and premises within public housing estates and courts; such inspection and survey may be conducted inside flats;
Conduct survey & inspection to external areas, including slopes, within or adjacent to public housing estates and courts;
Prepare drawings, sketches and calculate the works costs for preparation of works orders;
