本台收到眾多投訴，HKBN夾硬送myTV SUPER嗰舊廢鐵俾用戶，正所謂羊毛出自羊身上，呢啲綑綁式服務完全不能拒絶

而最新資料顯示，myTV SUPER 幫TVB全年賺近 2億，係2億呀！[/size=6]
香港寬頻 HKBN 作為最大伙伴，以綑綁式銷售方法為TVB 續命，實在罪無可恕！

Formal complaint against bundled contract of myTV SUPER

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against HKBN regarding the bundled contract of myTV SUPER box.

As one of the loyal customers of your company, network service provided by HKBN is highly appreciated and is reputable among the industry. However, the bundled contract of installing myTV SUPER box is an unreasonable agreement, if not absurd, to force customers paying for undesirable installations.

Recently, controversy on extradition bill sparked shockwaves among society and escalated to a large-scale social campaign. Instead of upholding Code of Ethics of journalists, TVB adopted the approach of distortion, news suppression and censorship. Unfairness, inaccuracy and conjecture is now the image presented by the news of TVB.

Being a company serving Hong Kong citizens, I believe HKBN is an enterprise which will always stand with us. Reviewing the bundled terms will not only benefit the customers but also the image of HKBN. I herewith strongly urge HKBN to WITHDRAW the bundled terms of installing myTV SUPER and I will consider advance termination of contract as one of my options if the suggestion above is not accepted.
