[Grad Job] Accenture 定 Soc Gen

小弟讀3大 Computer Science,
好彩收到兩個offer,
- Societe Generale : Automation Team (24K), 主要係develop tools & scripts 去 automate operations (development 為主)
- Accenture : Software Engineer (~20K), 主要係 BA + System architecture

好驚揀錯, 各位CHING 可唔可以俾D 意見, 加人工, 前途, 等等?

Accenture專做it consultancy
Exposure 同 professional方面一定大d
Soc gen話就ibank 但似終front office先最吃香
我覺得做完accenture第日再入ibank會易過調轉

打算reject Accenture

係咪application development associate個campus hire

法興for sure

accenture呢三兩年做臭哂個名
依家又外判好多development上大陸做
只會愈做愈臭朵好似pccw咁

入ibank就算唔係做front office.....其實睇你下份工見工時識唔識吹㗎遮

對法興幾有興趣 可唔可以指點下

係呀, 個job 就係 coordinate 大陸 development team 同埋啲客, 唔係好洗dup code

之後啲intern 俾我吹到發發聲, 不過想之後轉team involve 下 develop trading software

對法興幾有興趣 可唔可以指點下

3.2 唔高, intern 搭夠 + interview 拋到 interviewer

得兩round interview, 第一round in at least 2 個manager, 見得你, 代表佢地對你有興趣, 你講返啲佢地鐘意/ expect 想聽既野同skills, 只要佢地對你仲有興趣就易辦事, 第二 round 係hr in, 唔會為難你, 但問題都幾有深度

巴打soc gen係trainee? 有無收風一年後難唔難轉perm?

睇Team, position and performance 我諗

但generally, 應該唔難, hr 話有六成
Engineer 黎計, 除非你真係唔識 coding, 如果你表現正正常常都轉到 perm

Sounds like an IT role in soc gen. No future there.

Tell accenture you like consulting but also has a 24k offer. Frankly I'm appalled by Accenture's low wage offer.

留名
