早前發佈的院政論壇懶人包包含錯誤信息，現已更正。
The College Forum Summary posted earlier included false information, which has been corrected now.
在書院收生方法方面，「DSE 7科高45分或以上的學生直接進入第二階段 」屬錯誤信息，已經改為「 DSE成績卓越之學生直接進入第二階段 」，敬請同學留意。
Regarding College Admission procedures, 'Students scoring higher than 45 marks in 7 subjects in HKDSE enters 2nd round' has been corrected to 'Students who achieve distinction in HKDSE enters 2nd round'.
學生會幹事會與書院溝通之中出現誤會，導致以上錯誤出現，善衡書院學生會幹事會對此深感抱歉，並對於所引起的誤會道歉。
Misunderstandings between the Student Union and the College has caused the mistake. The Executive Council of the Student Union of S. H. Ho College would like to apologize for the mistake and any confusion it has caused.
