Cauchy distribution咪mean無限
一維Brownian motion第一次到達某點c的時間(first arrival time)好似就係cauchy distribution，咁算唔算現實例子

不過通常都係見人用half cauchy做 improper prior，直接用cauchy嚟 model data好似比較少見

如果 model heavy tailed data其實 正常 student t 唔會差幾遠（？）
