This is a follow-up announcement concerning the following issues:
1. An issue where the number of players obtained by an Agent was too large in relation to the amount of times the Agent was used.
2. An issue where obtained players were not listed in the players list in My Team.
Concerning issue 1:
An investigation revealed that this issue was occurring as a result of a bug and affected a number of users. Please note that you will be able to keep all players you obtained while the issue was occurring.
Concerning issue 2:
We are currently working hard to identify the users that were affected by this issue. Once this process has been completed, all myClub Coins and GP used to purchase the ‘Box Draw (LEGENDS: Italian Clubs)’ Agent between 08:00 and 12:30 (UTC) on 27/12/2018 will be refunded.
*We confirmed that the issue had been rectified as of 12:30 (UTC) on 27/12/2018, so any purchases made on or after this time are not eligible for a refund.
