頭2日嗆水到頭痛+踢水用力到缺氧都唔向前+換氣必飲水+塌腰+腳大角度向下傾斜+划手唔轉肩痛到游完舉唔起etc
總之錯得既都錯晒,正當放棄時多手問AI,每個錯誤都有專業分析&具體改善建議,再 mark 做notes都過千字
然後將動作編做口訣背好,游水時放慢+做足gesture,終於有啲進步
而家深吸一口氣游25m岩岩好半個池,50秒,未識換氣
理論再好,實際游都好易姿勢deform,好似一人玩overcook咁同時execute multiple tasks 結果炒晒車
再堅持又發現同一個動作練多啲,會變成involuntary action,就自然得左
不過一人自學最難係無人望住比feedback, eg 唔知伸手入水有無過中線, 唔知收腹後仲有無塌腰etc
