Jonathan Majors’ ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, has dismissed her federal lawsuit against the actor, which accused him of assault and defamation.
Majors was convicted in December 2023 of two misdemeanor assault charges involving Jabbari and was sentenced to domestic violence counseling.
In March, Jabbari filed a civil lawsuit claiming defamation after Majors publicly denied the allegations in a “Good Morning America” interview.
Jonathan Majors is still legally guilty. The dismissal of the lawsuit resolves the civil case but does not overturn Majors’ prior criminal conviction.
Both parties submitted a joint notice to the court confirming the case’s dismissal with prejudice.
