Johnny Depp has once again returned as the iconic Captain Jack Sparrow, however, this time it isn’t for another Pirates of the Caribbean movie 🦜

The star took the time to visit a nearby hospital to surprise children dressed up as his most beloved character, Captain Jack Sparrow 🥹

Depp was attending the San Sebastián Film Festival, premiering his new movie he directed titled Modi – Three days on the Wing of Madness 🍿

In a statement by Osakidetza-Basque Health Service, “They have shared laughs and anecdotes, and he has helped them forget for a few minutes the difficulties they are going through at the moment.”
