有機會係背闊太緊 呢樣會容易忽略
試下平時操背,背肌最拉長嘅時候pause半秒一秒,睇下之後會唔會好啲
唔想特登做好多static stretch或者mobility work嘅話,stretch under load應該係最直接嘅懶人方法,仲對肌肥大有幫助
