許多人喜歡吃冰消暑,但中國網友「奶茶是個綠茶」日前對3款冰淇淋進行實測,發現中國品牌鍾薛高的一款冰淇淋,竟然放在攝氏31度室溫下1小時,仍然沒有完全融化,結果令眾人驚呼「太可怕」、「不敢吃」。業者則強調冰淇淋其實已經融化了,只是比較黏稠沒有變形。

據中國《澎湃新聞》報導,該網友在6月25日為夢龍、八喜和鍾薛高等品牌的冰淇淋進行測試,結果發現鍾薛高的海鹽椰椰口味冰淇淋,放置1小時後仍然沒有完全融化,引發中國網友們對於鍾薛高冰淇淋的質疑。

Easy, read the ingredients for the ice cream in an ice cream sandwich vs. the ingredients in the regular ice cream. Notice anything different? Yep. Ice cream sandwiches (all of them) use guar gum which is a polysaccharide (complex sugar) and calcium sulfate. Guar gum makes the ice cream thicker and calcium sulfate traps moisture - and none of it is harmful. Just chemistry at work. Those two (very much natural and not preservative) ingredients make the ice cream thicker and hold together for longer. They're actually in a bunch of foods that we eat. And, the ice cream in the video was clearly melting. If he had pushed on it, it would have squished all over the place. The ice cream in ice cream sandwiches is just a lot thicker for the purpose of easier production and consumption. There's really nothing gross going on at all.
