其實performance bonus 正常係全公司同一條formula (但金額唔同)
如果係renew contract, 就要看有冇double pay + db
如果係on top 出信加dp clause 就OK
pay mix-wise, 係guarantee 部份多左, 都冇蝕
本身performance bonus 都係可升可跌架喇
唔俾dp 都可以俾$1 bonus
