Any documents you sent after the application was withdrawn will be held in our department and will be retained there for 12 months. If after 12 months from the date of withdrawal a request to have the documents returned has not been received, they will be confidentially destroyed as per our policy.
另外，過左「幾日」並且佢未出email話你正式withdrawn，你仍然可以直接寄去。如果出左email/update電腦，話你withdrawn左，而你又因為covid因素導致等待郵寄，或者等待官方文件，或者同副簽人之間郵寄溝通延誤等等合理原因，可以嘗試要求免費。
另外如果同你申請嗰日超過6個月，記得影過一set相，費事佢話d相過期再叫你寄。
