我而家係每朝起身先fast住做一個鐘hiit
然後有時會做多幾組abs
下晝先去占房舉鐵
Mon: Back
Tue: chest
Wed: cardio
Thursday: arm
Friday: leg
Sat : shoulder
每次做8-10+組動作 多數4x12
最近休息短左,我多左做superset
之後再做下用equipment 既abs training
Cardio 我每次大概跑6-10k,做一個鐘至個半
有時好天,我會由市中心跑去海灘,跟住條海岸線跑返市中心,大概18k,3個鐘
