標題: Illegal Use of Nintendo trademark

template 1:
Dear Sirs
I am writing to report an unauthorised use of PIKACHU trademarks owned by Nintendo. It has come to my attention that a Facebook page, named 亂港小精靈, has used PIKACHU and other trademarks owned by Nintendo in their propaganda booklets in which defamatory statements were made against Hong Kong political figures. Screenshots of the mentioned Facebook page are attached herein for your reference.
I note that PIKACHU and other marks are registered at the Hong Kong Trade Mark Registry and protected under the Copyrights Law of Hong Kong. Thus, I wish to seek clarification whether Nintento is affiliated to this Facebook page. If not, please regard this as a friendly reminder of such trademark infringement.
Kind regards

Dear Sir,
I am writing to report illegal use of Nintendo trademark.
Someone illegally used the trademark of Pokémon. They have printed some political booklet with the picture of Pokémon. They also have a Facebook page .(https://www.facebook.com/PKMonHK/)
They show a strong political stand in the booklet. Without a suitable treatment, the political stand Nintendo may be misunderstood. As I am a fan of Nintendo, I don't hope that the reputation of Nintendo will be influence .
I hope Nintendo will deal with the problem.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to report a Facebok page "亂港小精靈系列" (@PKMonHK) (https://bit.ly/2ZuJga2 ) that allegedly distributes political propaganda mimicking Pokémon merchandise, thus violating the copyright policy of Pokemon and Nintendo (https://www.nintendo.com/corp/legal.jsp )
Some examples of the counterfeit provided by the page itself (https://bit.ly/2DQ5HOR ) clearly depicted pictures and remarks of Hong Kong politicians in a manner similar to Pokemon Go interface. This can mislead the public into believing that Nintendo/Pokemon endorsed its political stance.
The Facebook page also sets up a Google form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfl5pVlYhpmfCcCUvm11GETrabb_ACpTCLNyjJFCTgeX9E6lw/viewform ) which harvests or collects the email addresses or other contact information of users for the probable future purpose of sending spam or other commercial messages, as you can see in the screenshot below.
As stated clearly in your company's legal info (https://www.pokemon.com/us/legal/ ), in no uncertain terms does Pokémon's use of Fan Art constitute a grant to Fan Art's creator to use the Pokémon intellectual property or Fan Art beyond a personal, noncommercial home use. It is beyond doubt that the use of Pokemon Fan Art as political propaganda does not count as "personal" and "home use".
Infringement of Nintendo's IP rights hurts not only Nintendo, but also players and the legitimate businesses connected with Nintendo. Counterfeiting is a serious problem not only for Nintendo but also the entire video game industry. It is thus hoped that due action may be taken in response to such blatant piracy.
Yours faithfully,
