International Supply Chain, 簡單D黎講,就係管理哂個客成條supply chain, 由訂單(PO, purchase order),貨運, (shipping),直到inland delivery, 甚至係DC, destination distribution center都會管理, 即係由落貨到送貨,包生養死葬

做得ISC嘅客,貨量一定有返咁上下, 一年冇幾千個T都唔洗諗,而且份約一簽就簽幾年。點解?講到明連PO都要管理,細到張單有咩item,每件item幾錢都會知,要求system (客人)同System (ISC)之間有聯繫, 做到EDI。客人可以隨時隨地透過系統知道佢地件貨去到邊，或許隻櫃裝左咩訂單。

因為有高度承諾, 所以每個客都唔會輕易就轉。ISC會提一系列嘅物流服務，倉儲、集裝、貨運、清關、配送、VAS (包括QC, repackaging, labeling 等等), 每次set up都要好多時間同投資,由system之間個配合,到warehouse, 每條trade lane 個價錢, local tariff。亦因為咁, ISC個收入係有一定保證,只要你手上有幾個大客。

The situation is changing. Carriers reduce the capacity year by year, almost decrease 17% compared to the peak (roughly)
