本身瘦底 而家有翻少少肌肉
成日覺得一日做一個肌群 雖然做完之後個幾日有大左 但去到下星期好似又細翻 咁其實係咪無咩效用 假如好似下面咁安排有無效?定都係一日一個肌群? 因為手太廢 所以打算每一加幾組咁
Monday: Chest + bicep + abs
Tuesday: back + tricep + abs
Wednesday: shoulder + bicep + abs
Thursday: Chest + tricep + abs
Friday: back + bicep + abs
Saturday: leg workout
