住過元朗4年，上年搬走左，未住過荃灣。

自己感覺，自住買樓(撇開投資價值唔考慮)一定唔會揀元朗。

環境/衛生比較差
交通唔方便(巴士多不過成日塞車同繁忙時間好迫)
長遠附近仲有好多發展，個市區只會越來越迫
整體區域規劃較差(因為受早期已發展地區限制)
鄉/黑情況早係未有反佔中前已經見識到

元朗/朗屏優勢就係仲有好多發展(元朗南，洪水橋，錦上路)，而且新樓比較有投資價值。

My friend Ronnie lives in Long Ping and owns a mansion in Gold Coast, Hong Kong. In the front garden, he planted a litchi tree, a mango tree, a black maple, a red maple, a chestnut oak and bushes in the lawn. Some of the bushes produce pretty trombone-shaped flowers. He also grew flowers such as orchids, roses, hydrangeas, lavender, violets and sunflowers which are in full bloom. There're some exquisite flower pots placed near the lawn as decoration. He mows the grass from time to time. He manicures his garden every now and then. His back garden is an enormous meadow which is two thousand five hundred square foot in size. It used to be a lawn but he turned it into a meadow blanketed with wild flowers and exotic flowers. Some of the flower buds haven't opened yet but as the weather gets warmer the flowers open. Even inside his house he has a vase of hydrangeas and a couple of potted plants, some of which are just coming into bloom. In summer, the meadow is covered in beautiful summer flowers. In spring, the meadow is blanketed in pretty spring flowers. In autumn the meadow is covered with lovely autumn flowers. In the fall the meadow is a mass of beautiful fall flowers. In the winter lovely winter flowers bloom in the meadow. Every Valentine's day Ronnie buys a bouquet of red roses, hydrangea and sunflowers for his wife. They're pretty cut flowers.

最近望緊，
朗8 300尺價差唔多買到海濱500尺單位....

有小朋友要顧校網就老荃
冇小朋友唔顧校網就老元

我覺得呢2個選擇都唔太好，一般人通常會考慮市區但面積細而較舊單位，或者新界面積較大較新既。

如果”筆直”有限要上車，同類選擇我會寧願揀元朗十幾年既樓，或者荃灣工廠三寶。

另外一提，海濱既座向影響都幾大，有d望墳場，有d對公路，又有望海，價錢同受歡迎程度都差唔少。

元朗感覺好鄕下，有時唔好剩係顧住自己屋苑又新又靚，屋苑附近社區都好重要
