每個廣告預計將使用 1000 - 4000 港元。
Will designate $1000 - 4000 hkd per ad.

第二期廣告計劃結束後，將向公眾交代成果，跟第一期報告類似。
After stage 2, we will report the results to the public, similar to the 1st stage report.

理應不會有餘額，如有，將轉交星火聯盟。
If there's any balance, tho possibly not, we'll donate it to Spark Alliance.
