今日係萬聖面具派對，很多人穿著各種鬼怪服裝來到維園，有記者現埸報道。
記者採訪臷馬面具和膠龍面對的參加者。
有人將一個Ｖ煞Figure放在地上任人拍照，甚至還自行打燈。
晚飯後回來看見有人被警察搜身並帶走。
混亂中得知有一男一女。
男的叫陳悛倫（或同音字），女聽不到名字
被送往灣仔警署
乘車去到隊頭，看見警察在蘭桂芳路下的十字路口佈防，禁止市民進入興祝萬聖節，強行關閉整個酒吧區。
有記者採訪期間中胡椒噴霧，自行洗眼。
今晚至少見到有三個記者被噴，甚至還有建制派記者受到這樣的對待。
警察防線突然推進，但示威者絲毫不會後退，有記防線外拍攝警察工作情況
恐佈份子用催淚彈攻擊平民，大家都慌忙逃生。
