Try to put Coconut Oil on your body everyday , espcially the affected areas. ( Use cold-pressed, fresh, organic, extra-virgin coconut oil) A little more expensive, but it is natural and worth it!!
Eat good quality Fish Oil. which help on anti-inflammation, and take multivitamin supplements daily.
Drink at least 2 Litre of water, especially in your situation, every day to flush out garbage, and keep hydrated.
Make sure you have enough sleeeeep and some daily exposure to sunlight ( get Vitamin D)!!
CUT sugar and animal fat in food as much as you can. It will help reduce acidity in body and inflammation.
