Me:Basically their packs are scam every new packs they put out meant to trick us players to put more money

Me:but I don't get why since EA is tricking us here

Nor your account within the game, or the availability of the in-app content purchased through the games store.The iTunes end of it is simply only the billing factor. That wont have any affect on the inner workings of the game itself.
Me:I just want to get all my money back and quit this game because of the way the developers treat our players
MarySometimes exceptions are made as an exception to our terms but the refunds are not guaranteed. I’ll be happy to reach out to my Senior Advisor in regards to this issue.

其實我都試過好幾次 都被rejected 所以我話I don't understand why Apple rejected my refund request好彩個rep肯聽我講仲call埋senior advisor去睇我個case 巴打你試多幾次應該都ok

佢次次都聽我講，但問完我apple ID同訂單編號
check完都係話購買交易不符合退款條件
